Jan Bjørge (JeyBee) is a Norwegian software engineer with an MSc in Cybernetics (University of Stavanger, 2015) and 10+ years of Python experience. He started as a telecom field engineer, then moved into software and became Tech Lead at boost.ai.
After a short stint as Principal Analyst at Equinor building data-heavy tooling for subsurface modelling, he joined Pio in 2024 as a Senior Software Engineer. He works on backend APIs for Pio’s automated warehouse platform, integrating e-commerce, shipping, and ERP systems with AutoStore robotics.
In his spare time, he maintains pgqueuer, a PostgreSQL-native task queue and scheduler.
