Ioana Mihailescu

Ioana Mihailescu is an engineer on Bloomberg's Caching Infrastructure Engineering team, where she helps keep Redis caches speedy and reliable for teams across the company. She interviews internship and new grads too. A University of Edinburgh computer science graduate, she’s big on volunteering: running interview-prep sessions for students and supporting FIRST Robotics. She previously helped foster a women-in-engineering community in her department.
